During the Year there are many kite events. At some of them we will be present with our kites.
If you have an interest in kites and you would like to join in or just have a fun day out why not put any of the below dates in your diary.

Kite Event Rufford Park 4th and 5th September 2010

Rufford Country Park - Nottinghamshire

Kite Flying Weekend at Rufford Park
4+5th September 2010  watch the space

All welcome to have a good time.

When: September 4th and 5th 2010
Time:  10:00  until park closes 
Location: Rufford Country Park - Nottinghamshire - NG22  9DF - on the A614 north of Nottingham and south of Ollerton (with enough wind in the morning follow the kites in the air).

What: Members of the Midland Kite Flyers and other clubs will be flying kites -  come and join us.

We from Kites4U will be there with a good selection of kites - In case you want us to bring anything special please get in touch.
You have a kite that does not fly or needs some help -  bring it along and someone will have a look at it.
Cost: Normal park entrance fee applies, small charge for kite workshop, the wind is free

Kite Flying Day at Belton House, Lincolnshire
September 11+12 2010
All welcome to have a good time.
Bring your kite(s).
What no kite? We will provide a few for the public to fly on the day.

When: September 11th and 12th 2010
Time:  Park Opening time until park closes 
Location: Belton House (National Trust), Belton, near Grantham Lincolnshire - NG22  9DF - on the A153 not far from the A1
(with enough wind in the morning follow the kites in the air).

What: Kite Flying activities, including displays, kite making workshop for children (small charge applies)
All kite flying activities are weather and wind permitting.
We from Kites4U will be there with a good selection of kites - In case you want us to bring anything special please get in touch.
Cost: Normal National Trust Park Entrance Fees apply. Small charge if you want to participate in the kite making workshop. No charge for flying your kite as the wind is free.
